Alsace Acacia Honey (IGP) harvested by the Luttenbach Apiary. This monofloral honey comes from the flowers of the black locust tree, commonly known as acacia in France. Very light in color, with a liquid texture and slow crystallization, it has a sweet and subtle flavor. It can be enjoyed on its own or used in cooking to sweeten desserts, yogurt, hot drinks, or other culinary preparations.
